3. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days.
  • During high-demand periods, processing may take longer.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

You will receive an order confirmation and a shipping confirmation with tracking details (where available).

4. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

Domestic (U.S.) Orders

  • Standard delivery times: 7–15 business days after processing.
  • Expedited shipping may be available for certain products (fees apply).

International Orders

  • Delivery times vary by destination: typically 10–25 business days.
  • Customs clearance can cause additional delays beyond our control.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders:

  • Customs duties, VAT, or other import fees may be charged by your country’s authorities.
  • These fees are not included in our prices and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to assist with tracking and resolution.

7. Order Tracking

  • Tracking numbers (where available) will be sent to your email once the supplier ships the order.
  • Some international carriers may have limited tracking visibility once the package leaves the origin country.
  • Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking information.

8. Risk of Loss

All orders are shipped FOB Origin (Free on Board).

  • This means that risk of loss passes to the customer once the order is delivered to the shipping carrier.
  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier.
  • Customers should ensure the accuracy of shipping addresses when placing orders.

9. Lost or Missing Packages

For domestic orders:

  • Claims for non-delivery must be filed within 30 days of the shipping date.
    For international orders:
  • Claims may only be filed after 45 days due to extended transit times.

We may require a written declaration of non-receipt before initiating a claim with the carrier or supplier.

10. Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses.
  • Orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses are not eligible for refunds or free reshipments.

  • Reshipment is available at the customer’s expense.
